Pure worm castings are nematode and weed seed free. This is not to be confused with vermicompost. Vermicompost, as the name implies is a combination of compost and worm castings which often contains worms and worm egg capsules. Be sure to ask about what you are buying.

Pure worm castings do NOT contain either worms or eggs.
Pure worm castings discourage grubs and insects where as compost and vermicompost encourages them.

Pure worm castings will not leach N, P or K into the ground water, lagoons or streams.

Bulk castings are available in one-ton commercial tote bags.
