  Refund Policy

• We will make every effort to satisfy our Customers. Please let us know immediately upon receipt if there is any problem with your order. All claims for worms that are damaged or arrive dead must be made within 24 hours of receipt. No claims will be honored if not made within 24 hours. Worm orders of 10lbs or more can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered as they are organized with other large orders and filled to coincide with screening.
• If there is a problem with a worm order, the determination of whether an order will be reshipped or refunded is at our discretion. All worm sales are final.
• If you do experience a problem with an order please hold on to the package and its contents since it may be necessary to present it to Post Office to file a claim.
• Other products we refund cost of item upon return but no refunds for our shipping or return shipping cost.
